Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Junior Guerra (calf) is expected to be activated from the disabled list this week.
Guerra hasn't played since Opening Day due to a right calf strain. Look for him to return to the Brewers' rotation during their upcoming four-game series versus the Arizona Diamondbacks later this week. The 32-year-old right-hander allowed three runs with six strikeouts and two walks over 6 1/3 innings in his second rehab start with Triple-A Colorado on Saturday.
numberFire's models currently project Guerra to record a 4.30 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 17.5 strikeout percentage over the remainder of the season.
