3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 10/28/16
After a touch matchup on opening night, Kevin Durant is in a much better spot on Friday. What other high-priced players should be in your lineup?

Kevin Durant, SF, Golden State Warriors

FanDuel Price: $9,300

Kevin Durant starting this season on a bit of a down note comes as no surprise, as he was up against the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Kawhi Leonard, and the San Antonio Spurs.

His matchup tonight is a far cry better, as he'll be taking on a New Orleans Pelicans team that boasted the league's fourth-worst defensive rating last year, while playing at a top-10 pace.

Durant's ability isn't in question. He's coming off of 46.3 FanDuel points per game last season (ranking fifth in the NBA), and he has been top-10 in that category for each of the last seven seasons.

There are some concerns about how big his role will be in a crowded Golden State Warriors offense, but he ranked third in the NBA (and first on the Warriors) in field goal attempts per 36 minutes in the preseason, and it doesn't look like it's time to panic about his volume just yet.
