FanDuel Price: $12,500
While Russell Westbrook is now just off the pace for the most single-season FanDuel points per game in league history, his 57.7 still lead the league this year by a wide margin, and (in case you have been living under a rock) he is averaging a triple-double with 30.9 points, 10.9 assists and 10.5 rebounds per game. Russ is on pace to set the record for the highest usage rate in league history (41.5%), and there are no signs that his absurd production will be slowing down in the near future.
He brings all of that into a great matchup tonight against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans are tied with the Oklahoma City Thunder for the league's 7th-highest pace, and the Pels allow the league's fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards.
With Westbrook's production and the favorable matchup, it's no surprise that our models project him as the highest-scoring fantasy player on today's slate.
