Fantasy Basketball: 10 Players to Target on Tanking Teams
Which players should see their stocks rise in the second half of the NBA season?

Gary Harris, Denver Nuggets

Joining his teammate in Jokic, Gary Harris is also somebody worth considering in standard leagues. However, he's still encumbered by the presence of Will Barton in the Denver backcourt.

The third-year guard is ranked 123rd in Yahoo leagues, on averages of 12.8 points, 2.9 assists and 1.3 treys in 27.6 minutes a game. If provided 36 minutes a night, Harris still isn't an answer to all your questions.

Harris is a specialist asset. For what he lacks in rebounds and blocks, he makes up for with three-pointers, assists and turnovers. If we set aside his lack of big-man type numbers, Harris is an eighth-round value.

That's great and all, but Harris could be even better with a higher usage rate. The departure of Nuggets taking up valuable possessions would allow him to reach his full fantasy potential.
