3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Basketball Plays for 1/30/17
Andre Drummond has dominated the Celtics this season, but with plenty of centers in good matchups, he should go underowned.

Reggie Jackson, PG, Detroit Pistons

FanDuel Price: $6,600

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Point guard is also pretty loaded today, featuring several appealing top-end options. Isaiah Thomas has been on an absolute tear this month and demands attention any time he is on the slate. Kyrie Irving and Goran Dragic have both been playing exceptionally and are in good spots.

In the mid-price range, no point guard really stands out as an ownership hog, but the combination of Mike Conley, Ricky Rubio, and T.J. McConnell all being in promising matchups should be enough to make sure Reggie Jackson's ownership is kept in check.

Why You Should Use Him:

After a cold stretch, Jackson has performed quite well recently, topping 30 FanDuel points in four straight games. He will look to continue that streak in tonight's matchup against the Celtics, who rank 21st in defensive efficiency and 22nd in FanDuel points allowed to point guards.

That second number is one that his risen a lot over the past few weeks with Avery Bradley dealing with injury and opposing point guards spending more time matched up with Isaiah Thomas. Despite his excellence on the offensive end, the 5'9" Thomas has been a complete liability on the defensive end this season, ranking dead last among 440 NBA players in defensive real plus-minus.

Given his individual matchup, discounted price tag, and likelihood for low ownership, Jackson makes for one of the best point guard plays on the slate tonight.
