3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 2/8/17
Andre Drummond has a superb matchup against a Los Angeles Lakers team that has struggled with big men. Which other high-priced players are in a good spot?

Andre Drummond, C, Detroit Pistons

FanDuel Price: $8,300

Andre Drummond's minutes have been erratic recently due to a few blowouts, but the big man has still been able to average 42.4 FanDuel points over his past six games -- due to an impressive 1.35 FanDuel points per minutes during that stretch. He should be able to maintain that efficiency tonight as the Detroit Pistons take on the Los Angeles Lakers. Detroit is projected for 112 points against Los Angeles, which is the second-highest on the slate.

Los Angeles ranks 29th in defensive rating and 22nd in defensive rebounding rate, and they have allowed the fourth-most FanDuel points to centers. Their struggles on the defensive glass are particularly important, because Drummond, the league-leader in rebounding rate, is averaging 3.9 offensive boards per game, trailing only Dwight Howard (4.3). Los Angeles is also the fifth-most blocked team in the league, allowing opponents to launch their shots in the opposite direction 5.3 times per game.

Drummond is in a great spot here, especially if the Lakers utilize the undersized starting frontcourt of Tarik Black and Julius Randle as they did on Monday when Guillermo Hernangomez collected 13 rebounds and 30.1 FanDuel points against them in just 24 minutes of playing time. Our projections love Drummond tonight, listing him as the best value among all players with a price tag above $8,000.
