Daily Fantasy Basketball Game Scripts to Target on 2/9/17
Al Horford and the Boston Celtics struggled last night but find themselves in an excellent bounce-back scenario against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Al Horford, C, Boston Celtics

FanDuel Price: $7,600

Al Horford was not exempt from the Boston Celtics' struggles last night, posting just 19.7 FanDuel points. He dropped a 46-FanDuel-point performance in the game before that, though, and has played at least 30 minutes in each game since returning from a groin injury.

He'll take on the Portland Trail Blazers tonight, in what is expected to be a competitive, high-scoring game. The over/under is set at 219.5 points, which is the second-highest on the slate, and the Celtics have an implied team total of 109 points, which is just above their season average.

Horford has averaged 39.3 FanDuel points in the only two games he's played in with this high of an over/under this season, but when it's at least 210 points (19 games), he's averaged 35.6 FanDuel points, as opposed to 32.5 in all others. The big man is also averaging 35.4 FanDuel points when Boston has an implied team total of 105.

In addition to a positive game script, Horford has an advantageous matchup -- the Blazers have let up the fifth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing centers this season and rank 23rd in rebounding rate. Assuming the game script holds up and Boston comes out with a more inspired effort than Wednesday, Horford should have no problem reaching value.
