7. 1984-85

Another year, another NBA Finals win for the "Showtime Lakers."

This time, Magic and company took down Larry Bird and the Celtics in a six-game series, making for their third title in six seasons. Kareem was named Finals MVP, but Magic was voted First-Team All-NBA with averages of 18.3 points, 12.6 assists and 6.2 rebounds over 36.1 minutes.

In doing so, the 25-year-old tallied .220 win shares per 48 minutes and 12.7 on the season. His PER of 23.2 was an improvement over the previous three seasons and his 9.5 offensive win shares were third-best in the league.
