Chris Paul is coming off a very quiet game on Wednesday, but one encouraging thing was that he played 36 minutes -- giving him an average of 35.1 per game over his last three. He had topped 30 points (and 45 fantasy points) in his last two games going into last night, and while his production has been inconsistent since the All-Star break, he still has plenty of upside.
Even on the road on the second half of a back-to-back, his matchup with the Nuggets is a really promising one.
Denver has the league's second-worst defensive rating while having played at the seventh-highest pace. That has them ranking 29th against point guards from a fantasy standpoint, making this a great spot for Paul to continue his roll.
