The 10 Best Triple-Double Performances in Recent NBA History
Which players filled up the box score better than the rest?

2. James Harden, Houston Rockets (1/27/2017)

It's hard to imagine, but it's true. James Harden has exceeded the others who have come before him. Over 39 minutes in a 123-118 win over the Philadelphia 76ers, he was a man on fire, amassing 51 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists while using 41.3% of his team's possessions when on the court.

Surprisingly enough, the Beard was highly efficient in his high-scoring effort, connecting on 16 of 28 from the floor, 6 of 11 from three and 13 of 14 from the line. His true shooting percentage was 74.6% and his offensive rating amounted to 142 points per 100 possessions.

At the same time, Harden assisted on 71.2% of his team's field goals and gathered 38.7% of available defensive boards. His 46.9 Game Score was more than appropriate for a stat sheet of that magnitude.
