Giannis Antetokounmpo has had an outstanding start to the year, averaging 36.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 2.3 steals, and 1.0 blocks in 38.5 minutes per game. That production is good for a league-high 63.6 FanDuel points per game, 4.9 more than any other player.
He has been absurdly consistent as well, topping 60 fantasy points in each of his four games. That has been largely thanks to his huge workload -- we're talking at least 36 minutes and a usage rate north of 32.5 percent in each game and a big 35.7 percent usage rate overall.
Having improved his fantasy efficiency with each season he has been in the NBA, even a bit of regression in his FanDuel points per minute will still likely leave Giannis as one of the league's most efficient producers. Combining that with his elite workload makes him really tough to fade, even this early in the season.
The Milwaukee Bucks' 105.25-point implied total is the day's second-highest, and Giannis shouldn't have much trouble continuing to rack up big numbers in this one, especially after he already burned the Boston Celtics for 61.1 fantasy points in his season-opener.
