The way he's playing, Giannis Antetokounmpo is the kind of guy you have to consider every time he's on a slate. His 37.8 minutes per game ranks third in the NBA, and he's playing especially big minutes recently, with at least 40 minutes in three of his last four.
Giannis has posted fewer than 54 FanDuel points in only three of his 13 games this season, ranking second in the NBA with 57.4 per game. He has also topped 60 FanDuel points five times.
That ridiculous consistency is largely thanks to his ability to fill up every area of the stat sheet, with a .636 true shooting percentage, 33.7% usage rate, 25.4% assist rate, 16.2% rebound rate, 4.2% block rate and 1.9% steal rate.
The Detroit Pistons are a solid defensive team, but Giannis' massive workload and well-rounded production go a long way to overcoming a tough matchup like this. He remains an elite play in this tough spot.
