DraftKings Salary: $4,100
The Philadelphia 76ers will be without both Joel Embiid and Trevor Booker tonight as they take on the Chicago Bulls, which means the bulk of the big-man minutes will go to Richaun Holmes and Amir Johnson ($3,500). Johnson will reportedly draw the start, but Holmes is clearly the better fantasy producer of the two. In the three most recent games without Embiid, Holmes has averaged 20.7 minutes and 22.3 DraftKings points. He has averaged over a DraftKings point per minute all season and has really flashed his upside recently, with two games of 30-plus DraftKings points in his past three.
This game is expected to be one of the highest-scoring and most competitive on the slate, and Holmes is one of many Sixers that appear to be somewhat underpriced. He should have no problem reaching value against a Chicago team ranked in the bottom-10 in both rebounding rate and defensive efficiency. He is a terrific tournament play and a border-line cash game play, just due to the crazy amount of viable power forward/center eligible plays on this slate.
