3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 12/22/17
Anthony Davis should get whatever he wants tonight against Orlando. Which other studs could you build your DraftKings lineup around on Friday night?

Dwight Howard, C, Charlotte Hornets

DraftKings Salary: $7,600

Hopefully people are off of Dwight Howard following back-to-back duds. Pretty much everyone on the Charlotte Hornets has struggled from a fantasy perspective over the past two games, because those games were both blowouts. Let's not forget that prior to those two games, Howard was in the midst of a six-game stretch in which his minutes were up to 34.3 per game and he had a DraftKings point average of 45.9. With Cody Zeller out of the lineup, his minutes appeared much more solidified.

Don't give in to recency bias due to a couple of blowouts, because Howard is in an absolute smash-spot here. The Milwaukee Bucks rank 27th in the league in rebounding rate and have had no answer for Dwight in two previous meetings. He averaged 39.9 DraftKings points in those two, which is plenty at this price tag. It is tough to ever trust Howard in cash games, and on such a juicy slate, you don't have to. He is an elite tournament play though, as he could post huge numbers at low ownership.
