5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays for 1/5/18
Frank Kaminsky's production is up and his price is down, making him a sneaky play on Friday against the Lakers. Who else is worth targeting at a low cost?

Denzel Valentine, SF, Chicago Bulls

FanDuel Price: $4,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 21.4
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.75

If you're looking for a cheap player with a starting gig, look no further than Denzel Valentine. While coach Fred Hoiberg has experimented with playing David Nwaba at small forward over Valentine, Valentine has started each and every game he's played since November 17th. He's locked in.

Valentine has had games where he hasn't reach the 25-minute mark, but he's been getting some particularly good run over the last two games. After seeing just 22 minutes on New Year's Eve, he played 34-plus minutes on New Year's Day and more than 31 on Wednesday. And he's made sure to do all he can with the opportunity.

En route to games of 33.4 and 25.4 FanDuel points, Valentine averaged 12.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.5 steals. Meanwhile, his price has only increased by $100 as he heads into Friday's matchup. If there's minutes, there will be value.
