3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 1/16/18
DeMarcus Cousins and his huge minutes offer elite upside even in a tough matchup against Boston. Which other high-priced NBA players should be on your DFS radar for Tuesday's contests?

Damian Lillard, PG, Portland Trail Blazers

Price: $9,300

From a fantasy standpoint, matchups don't get much better than point guards against the Suns. Phoenix allows the league's third-most FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards (to go along with the most to shooting guards). That is largely thanks to their top-three pace and bottom-three defensive rating, which combine to have them allowing the most points per game in the league.

Damian Lillard's minutes are back to normal following a brief absence due to a calf issue, as he's played 38.1 and 34.9 minutes in his last two games. His playing time has been on the rise all year, and he averaged 38.4 minutes per game in December after playing an already strong 37.1 per game in November.

His efficiency is down from where it was last year, averaging 1.14 FanDuel points per minute compared to 1.19 in 2016-17, but that's still a strong mark, and a matchup against the Suns should give him a huge boost in efficiency.
