He didn't get to play on Wednesday when the New Orleans/Indiana game was rained out, but a lot of the same reasons that Anthony Davis was a strong fantasy play that night hold true today.
He's coming off a down game (39.7 FanDuel points) in a really rough matchup against the Utah Jazz: his worst fantasy performance since DeMarcus Cousins went down. His previous five games each saw him tally at least 57 FanDuel points though, and even with that recent hiccup, he is averaging 56.3 FanDuel points in 37.2 minutes per game in the five contests he has played without Cousins this year.
To give that mark a bit more context, the league-high mark for fantasy scoring right now is 54.2 FanDuel points per game.
A matchup with the 76ers isn't anything special, as they have solid defensive and rebounding numbers, but both Philadelphia and New Orleans rank top-five in pace on the season. For that reason, this game should produce a lot of fantasy goodness.
That's especially true for a guy such as Davis, who can contribute in every area of the stat sheet. Davis is averaging 26.8 points, 10.6 boards, 2.5 assists, 2.1 blocks, and 1.2 steals per game.
