As the Wizards continue their run with John Wall on the sidelines, more than a couple valuable opportunities have presented themselves in Washington.
In addition to improved ball movement, a forceful Bradley Beal, and an assertive Otto Porter, there’s also a valuable opportunity offered up by Kelly Oubre, who fits a rewarding fantasy mold of athleticism on both ends of the floor, unwavering confidence, and affordability.
Despite seeing a pretty large dip in offensive efficiency last month, Oubre still managed at least five-times value in 6 out of 12 games in February, while averaging 22 FanDuel points per game for around $4,700.
For the type of player like Oubre, who doesn’t shy away from the basket or hesitate to take his jumpers and who maintains activity on defense and comes up with a steal or two a night, a salary under $5,000 is typically a worthwhile play.
The Wizards take on the Raptors tonight, followed by the Pacers, Heat, and Pelicans next week.
