The Utah Jazz continue to soar, the Philadelphia 76ers keep on winning, and the Indiana Pacers drop a couple spots just to make room for hotter teams.

Risers
The Utah Jazz are doing everything in their power to make a playoff push, going 18-4 since January 15th, but unfortunately for them, the other teams around them are playing great as well. Despite all that winning, the Jazz are in a three-way tie for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference with the Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets and could very well miss the cut if they don’t play near-perfect ball down the stretch. On the plus side, we give them a 56.6% chance of making it, which is better than the 48.9% we give the Clippers and the 37.4% we give the Nuggets.
The Philadelphia 76ers have won 11 of their last 15 games and now sit in sixth in the Eastern Conference, while only trailing the fourth-place Washington Wizards by a game. The Sixers have spent much of this season hanging onto the hope of their first playoff berth in six years, but we now give them a near-certain 99.6% chance of that becoming a reality.
Fallers
The Indiana Pacers are playing just fine, going 13-6 since January 21st, but they fall two spots in our rankings this week to make way for the red-hot Jazz and Sixers.
