While putting together his best month of basketball this season, there’s room to ride the hot streak of Buddy Hield in Sacramento.
Hield has been a top-20 fantasy producer over the last week, including an average of 36 FanDuel points over his last five games, and he's done so for an average salary of just $6,100.
Buddy's shooting has been awesome as of late -- he's knocking down 54-percent from the field over his last five -- but it happens to be his contributions in other areas that’s lending its hand to plump production totals. While shooting hot and dropping 21 points a night over the last week or so, Hield is also averaging 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and better than a steal a night, working to a provide some versatile value.
How long will it last? Is it wise to depend on Hield for anything more than shooting? Fair questions, indeed. But for right now, at his current price point, it seems to be a hot streak worthy of consideration.
Buddy and the Kings take on Boston, Dallas, and Indiana next week.
