NBA Market Share Report: Banking on Khris Middleton
With an ability to contribute in virtually every category, Khris Middleton is a routinely safe DFS play offering solid value.

Khris Army Knife

It’s easy to gush over a guy like Khris Middleton, so I’ll attempt to keep it to a minimum. But, here’s some gushing over Khris Middleton.

Remember when everyone collectively freaked out after Middleton received that $70 million contract? It may have had a lot to do with the lack of familiarity of an increasing salary cap, but it also had a lot to do with plenty of people not knowing enough about Middleton.

Since then, Middleton hasn’t done much, except average 18 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and over a steal a game, while hitting on 45 percent from the field and 38 percent from three. (*Shrugs*)

As for his current run, Middleton is averaging 40 FanDuel points per game over his last seven games, while typically available for a sub-$8,000 salary. Over that stretch, Middleton has cashed in on at least five-times value in six of those games, including three games of at least six-times value.

We also may see an increased workload for Middleton over the next few games as Giannis Antetokounmpo misses time with an ankle injury. His fantasy production, however, isn't wholly dependent on whether the Freak suits up. Any night is a good one to bank on Middleton’s versatility and stat-stuffing utility.

The Bucks face the Chicago Bulls tonight, followed by the Spurs, Clippers, Warriors, and Lakers next week.
