Giannis Antetokounmpo's salary is down after he posted a pair of sub-40 fantasy point games in his last four but there's really no need to be concerned.
One of those games was a 23-point blowout in which he played only 26.3 minutes, and the other was both a return from a one-game absence and a 16-point blowout where he played only 31.5 minutes.
Even factoring in blowouts, he's averaging just shy of 35 minutes per game over his last 10, and in that time he has topped 60 FanDuel points five times and 70 FanDuel points three times.
That big playing time is especially valuable this year, as his 1.61 FanDuel points per minute are not only a career-high (by a big margin) but are the second-most for any player with at least 250 minutes this year.
There is some blowout risk tonight, as the Milwaukee Bucks are 10-point favorites against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but we've seen Giannis play fewer than 32 minutes nine times already this season, while he only has six games below 50 FanDuel points. His efficiency gives him a strong floor even if the minutes aren't there.
The Cavs also make for a plus fantasy matchup, ranking dead-last in defensive rating. If this stays close, Giannis should have no trouble showing off his elite ceiling as well.
