DraftKings Price: $3,800
Finding a player on a hot streak to use in daily fantasy basketball can be a fun ride. While streaks by high-end players like James Harden or Anthony Davis are in-your-face and obvious, others are a bit harder to define. One player who has been tearing it up -- at his price at least -- is the San Antonio Spurs' Marco Belinelli.
Belinelli's output has been in large part due to his three-point shooting. Over the past four games, Marco is 15-for-25 from beyond the arc. While 3.75 threes per game isn't likely sustainable for a player who sees minutes in the low 20s (that would rank third in the league behind Stephen Curry and Harden), we'll at least take what we can get in the short-term.
Belinelli has scored at least 20.75 DraftKings points per game in his four-game streak, and he has a great chance to return solid output again tonight in a favorable matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves, against whom he put up 17 points, 6 boards, and 31.0 DraftKings points the last time the teams met in December.
We have Belinelli projected for 18.8 DraftKings points tonight. That equates to a value of just under 5.0 DraftKings points per $1,000.
