3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 1/29/19
Even with Chris Paul back, James Harden continues to offer elite fantasy upside, especially in a great matchup versus the Pelicans. Who else should you pay up for on Tuesday?

Giannis Antetokounmpo, SF, Milwaukee Bucks

Price: $11,400

This slate is loaded with studs -- five active players are priced north of $11,000 -- and Giannis Antetokounmpo stands out. Per our models, he's projected for the day's second-highest fantasy score despite being priced in the bottom half of the aforementioned group.

This season has treated us to some historically great fantasy production from Harden and Anthony Davis, leaving what Giannis has been doing as something of an afterthought. He sits third in the NBA with 55.1 FanDuel points per game, though, a mark that would have been good for first in the NBA last year.

His recent production has been especially strong, averaging 57.2 fantasy points per game over his last 15. He hasn't posted fewer than 44.1 FanDuel points in any of those 15 games, and he has more games with at least 67 FanDuel points (five) than with fewer than 50 (four) in that stretch.

The Detroit Pistons are a tough matchup, ranking top-12 in both defensive rating and rebound rate, but Giannis is cheap enough to overlook that. He's priced like a mid-tier stud tonight, not like the dominant force he has been.
