5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 2/6/19
With the Spurs resting their superstars, plenty of value is available on their roster in DFS, starting with Davis Bertans. What other low-priced options are worth a look on Wednesday?

Jakob Poeltl, C, San Antonio Spurs

FanDuel Price: $3,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 24.7
Projected FanDuel Value: 7.06

As we talked about earlier, the Spurs will be extremely short-handed against the Warriors tonight. Even if he doesn’t slide into the open starting center spot on Wednesday, Jakob Poeltl is poised to see a significant increase in minutes.

The big man’s primary competition for minutes will be a 38-year-old Pau Gasol, who has played more than 16 minutes just twice in the last three months. Poeltl, though, has seen over 20 minutes in a game nine times over the previous two months. In six of those games, the former Raptor has dropped at least 18 FanDuel points. That would be well enough to earn optimal value on Wednesday with his minimum salary.

Poeltl gets a favorable matchup on Wednesday, too, with the Dubs allowing 1.14 FanDuel points per minute to centers this season, a rate that is above league average. The minutes and the matchup, plus the low salary, leaves Poeltl as our top value option play on Wednesday's seven-game slate.
