The Oklahoma City Thunder are on quite the roll right now. Backed in part by Russell Westbrook's seven straight triple-doubles and stellar play from Paul George, the Thunder have won eight out of their past nine games. But it's not just the starters playing key roles in this run as sixth-man Dennis Schroder has been a huge piece of the Thunder's success.
Largely coming off the bench, Schroder is still putting up a very respectable 15.7 real-world points per game. He's scored in double figures in 12 of his past 13 outings, topping 20 points five times in that span (and three times in his past four games).
Schroder saw just 22 and 23 minutes in his past two games. He could see a big boost in minutes tonight if the game goes as Vegas expects it to. The Thunder are 14.0-point favorites in a home matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, who will be playing without Marc Gasol.
Schroder has excelled against the Grizz in the recent past. Over his past four games against them, he has scored 1.27 FanDuel points per minute. Given his likely extended run this evening in a lopsided game, he could return very solid value at a price of just $5,200.
