Despite a combined 27 wins entering tonight's matchup (23 teams have that many wins or more on their own), one of tonight's most entertaining matchups will occur when the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the New York Knicks in a ping-pong ball battle royale.
The teams are within one game of each other for the worst record in the Eastern Conference and stand just 2.5 and 1.5 games away from the Phoenix Suns, respectively, for the worst record in the league. Despite their poor records, the young players who are on the court are giving their all.
One such player is point guard Collin Sexton, whose rookie season has been taking a turn of late. Sexton's been remarkably consistent, averaging between 0.7 and 0.8 FanDuel points per minute all season. He's seen a big boost in playing time to 35.4 minutes per game in February, however, which has caused his per-game average to jump to 28.4 FanDuel points, up from just 20.7 last month.
He scored 27.7 FanDuel points when the two teams met earlier this month, which is right in line with the 27.2 that we project for him tonight. If you're looking for a solid -- yet somewhat risky -- second point guard tonight, Sexton is a very solid option.
