5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 3/4/19
Noah Vonleh has bounced back in a big way over his last couple games, and he should keep rolling tonight against the Kings. What other low-priced players should you consider?

Bam Adebayo, PF, Miami Heat

FanDuel Price: $5,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 22.9
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.16

If Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside plays tonight, you can pretty much ignore the rest of these words. If, however, he sits for the fourth-straight game, then you should probably keep reading.

Without Whiteside on the shelf, second-year player Bam Adebayo has started and made Whiteside an afterthought. Adebayo has put up 34.0, 29.1, and 43.2 FanDuel points in the past three games, averaging 10.0 points, 9.7 boards, and 5.0 assists.

Adebayo has now started nine games this season, scoring an average of 34.7 FanDuel points in 30.4 minutes per game. That 29.1 against the Houston Rockets the other day represented his second-lowest score in those games, indicating he's been a solid fill-in nearly each time he's stepped in for Hassan.

Tonight's matchup couldn't be much better, as the Heat take on the fantasy-friendly Atlanta Hawks, against whom he scored 33.2 FanDuel points off the bench earlier this year. Adebayo has scored at least 28.0 FanDuel points in three of his five career meetings against Atlanta, never scoring below 20.0.

At $5,500 tonight, he's a steal and a must-start if Whiteside misses. You could still use him in tournaments if Whiteside plays, though that would obviously add some risk. Assuming the latter, we currently have him projected for 22.9 FanDuel points, a number that will climb rapidly should Whiteside be ruled out again.
