5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 3/5/19
The 76ers are shorthanded tonight, making Mike Scott a worthy value option. Which other low-priced players should you consider in NBA DFS?

Wayne Selden Jr., SG, Chicago Bulls

FanDuel Price: $3,700
Projected FanDuel Points: 15.8
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.27

Wayne Selden Jr. has settled into a nice role with the Chicago Bulls as their sixth-man.

He has averaged 25.7 minutes per game off the bench since the All-Star break. During those games, Selden has posted a solid line of 7.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. He finished with at least 19 FanDuel points in four of the six games and is averaging a respectable 19.1 FanDuel points per night.

At his low-cost of just $3,700 on Tuesday, that average would bring 5.12 FanDuel points per $1,000 of salary, more than the ideal value you want in DFS.

While Tuesday's opponent, the Indiana Pacers, has played elite-level defense this year, over their last 10 games, their defensive rating has dipped outside the top-10 while opponents are making slightly more than 45% of their shots, right around league-average.

The absence of Victor Oladipo has hurt Indiana's ability to defend shooting guards as they have allowed 0.86 FanDuel points per minute to the position. At that rate, Selden needs to play just 21.5 minutes to reach optimal 5-times value. He has seen at least 20 minutes in 13 of his last 15 games played.
