We have only two games on tap tonight. The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel to Portland for one of those games, and that matchup boasts a 232.0-point over/under with a fairly low 4.0-point spread. Even on a full slate, those lines would make this a matchup to have your eye on, and that's especially true tonight, with the other game owning a 10.5-point spread and boasting an over/under of only 220.5.
With far less of a blowout risk, that gives us Russell Westbrook as a prime cash-game target while he also offers plenty of tournament appeal on such a short slate.
Russ has been highly consistent recently, falling below 40 FanDuel points only once in his last 18 games. That stretch has seen him eclipse 60 FanDuel points seven times while posting fewer than 57 on only seven occasions. Overall he's averaging 57.7 FanDuel points in 36.6 minutes per game in that stretch.
The Blazers rank a solid 14th in defensive rating this season, but with the other three teams on the slate, that makes them an almost dreamy matchup -- each of the other three rank top-five in that category.
They're allowing above-average fantasy efficiency to opposing point guards, and they're the only team on the slate not allowing bottom-10 production to the position.
Even on a bigger slate, Westbrook would be a viable play tonight, but when you factor in the context of this slate, he becomes a top play in all formats.
