5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 3/12/19
In a slate chock-full of value, T.J. McConnell leads the way as he faces the Cavaliers. What other low-priced options are worth a play on Tuesday's DFS slate?

T.J. McConnell, PG, Philadelphia 76ers

FanDuel Price: $3,600
Projected FanDuel Points: 25.5
Projected FanDuel Value: 7.09

While Zizic is the second-best value play, according to our models, T.J. McConnell is number one. Thanks to Jimmy Butler sitting out on Tuesday, McConnell will see a boost in minutes.

In a three-game stretch back in January, when Butler didn’t play, McConnell was on the court of over 23 minutes a night and posted at least 22.7 FanDuel points in each contest. The games were not an outlier for McConnel either. In the 17 games he has played at least 25 minutes, McConnell has scored at least 20 FanDuel points 14 times. With minutes in hand, McConnell is verging on must-play territory as he costs just $100 over the minimum and faces one of the worst defenss in the NBA in the Cavaliers.

Cleveland is last in the NBA with a 115.9 defensive rating and has allowed over 113 points per game. The Cavs also rank 29th in the league as they allow opposing point guards to rack up over 1.0 FanDuel points per minute.
