DraftKings Price: $3,800
If you're looking for an exciting value play, look elsewhere. That's just not P.J. Tucker's style.
Though often thought of for just his defense, Tucker puts up steady fantasy output by doing a little bit of everything on the court. Steals are certainly a big part of his repertoire; his 1.63 per game rank ninth in the league. His 7.7 points and 6.0 boards per game are both the best numbers he's put up since the 2015-16 season.
Tucker has scored more than 20 DraftKings points seven times during the Houston Rockets' current nine-game winning streak. Tonight he faces a Golden State Warriors team against whom he busted out for 46.0 DraftKings points in their last meeting. To be fair, that did come without Harden on the court.
Our models project him to continue his steady, if unassuming play. We have him projected for 8.5 points, 6.1 boards, and 22.4 DraftKings points tonight, which would return a value of 5.9 points per $1,000.
