DeMarre Carroll is coming off one of his best games of the season as he dropped 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 steal for 33.9 FanDuel points against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. The Brooklyn Nets' forward was cooking offensively, sinking 7-of-13 shots including 3-of-6 from long range. Carroll tied a season-high in points as he played over 30 minutes for the 10th time this season.
The performance was not an anomaly, as Carroll has posted at least 23.9 FanDuel points every time he has played at least 30 minutes this season, averaging 27.6 in that sample. While he is not guaranteed to see that hefty of a slice of the action, Carroll is expected to remain the first man off the bench Tuesday versus the Sacramento Kings as Allen Crabbe remains out with a knee injury.
Even if Carroll plays a little bit less tonight, he has averaged 23.3 minutes per game since the All-Star break, the matchup with the Kings should leave plenty of points for Carroll to snag. The Kings have allowed 116.3 points per games since the break as they run at the second-fastest pace in the league over their last 12 games.
