Nikola Mirotic’s tenure with the Milwaukee Bucks has started rather slow as the forward has shot below 40% from the field and just 35.0% from three during his 13 games so far. Despite the disappointing start, Mirotic has had his moments with four games of at least 29 FanDuel points.
The big man is capable of lighting it up too -- 16.7 points per game average with the New Orleans Pelicans this season -- when given a chance. Tuesday, Mirotic should get plenty of opportunities, and minutes, as not only is Malcolm Brogdon ruled out but Giannis Antetokounmpo will also sit on the front end of a back-to-back. Mirotic already got the start on Sunday in place of Brogdon and is likely to build upon his 23.9 minutes played with Antetokounmpo out.
The matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers is favorable to see extended run in too as the Lakers rank 25th in points allowed, 26th in defensive rating, and 27th in opponents field goal percentage since the All-Star break.
