After receiving his 16th technical foul during Saturday's blowout loss to the Golden State Warriors, Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook was forced to miss Monday's game against the Miami Heat. He'll be back tonight, however, to try and snap his team out of a three-game losing streak.

It won't be easy as the Thunder will play host to the second place Toronto Raptors this evening. While Toronto will be without Kyle Lowry tonight, the team has shown that it can be competitive when he's on the sidelines, going 9-5 without him. Vegas knows this as well as OKC are just 4.5-point favorites despite Lowry's absence.
