Seth Curry is about as inefficient as they come from a fantasy standpoint, but he's also played 25.0, 28.1 and 31.9 minutes with C.J. McCollum on the shelf over the last three games.
The Portland Trail Blazers have ruled out McCollum for tonight, so we can expect sous-chef Curry to play minutes into at least the mid-20s and possibly even into the 30s again.
He's averaging only 0.66 DraftKings points per minute on the year, but even at that low rate, 30 minutes of run would be good for about 20 fantasy points. His usage rate is also up to 19.9% over the last three games, compared to only 15.8% when McCollum has been active this year. That means we can expect a big bump in efficiency, which we've already seen before, with his fantasy points per minute jumping to 0.90 over the last three games.
There aren't a ton of exciting value options on the slate, so getting the potential for 30-plus minutes at $3,800 is easy to like, even if Curry's efficiency falls off a bit tonight.
