NBA Market Share Report: JaVale McGee Carries Value to Close the Season
Playing some of his best ball of the year, can we count on JaVale McGee to keep it up to finish the regular season?

Let JaVale McGee Be Free

Taking a moment here to seize the opportunity, JaVale McGee ranks third in fantasy production over the course of the last week with just shy of 220 FanDuel points.

It sounds like it took a little while for McGee to fully get over his bout with pneumonia, which started back in December, and he’s making the most of a rotation alteration that’s providing some opportunity.

His 55 FanDuel points a game as of late are a result of the hustle stuff -- getting to the rim, skying for rebounds, and dishing out a healthy dose of blocked shots. And while his salary has started to tick upward (mid-$7,000 range), McGee remains a strong get given his energy and ability to contribute in key categories at the position.

McGee and the Lakers take on the Hornets tonight, followed by games against the Pelicans, Thunder, Warriors, Clippers, Jazz, and Blazers to close out the season.
