5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 4/1/19
Tristan Thompson is rounding into form after his injury absence, and our models love him tonight. Who else makes for a good value option?

Luke Kornet, PF, New York Knicks

FanDuel Price: $4,800
Projected FanDuel Points: 4.9
Projected FanDuel Value: 1.02

It's not that New York Knicks forward/center Luke Kornet wants to be inconsistent. His minutes have just been all over the map.

Kornet has started 14 games for the Knicks this season, including their last game, but his minutes have been erratic as New York Knicks coach David Fizdale has tinkered with his rotation.

Kornet has seen as few as seven minutes and as many as 36 in his starts. It's had nothing to do with foul trouble as Kornet has maxed out at three fouls in his starts. Nope, it's all Fizz.

So, the question is twofold. First, is Kornet starting? Second, will his coach play him for a normal amount of time? If you believe the answer to both is yes, use Kornet. He's scored at least 29.6 FanDuel points in each of his four starts in which he's received 30-plus minutes of run.

You may notice our projected output for him is just 4.9 FanDuel points. Well, even our models can't look into the mind of Fizdale. You'll have to take a leap of faith here, which means that Kornet is a GPP-only play.
