For the last day of the regular season, the Golden State Warriors are rolling out the ”B” team. DeMarcus Cousins, Draymond Green, and Stephen Curry are all confirmed out on Wednesday, with Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson both questionable to play. That leaves limited scoring options available for the Dubs tonight. The most likely candidate to lead the short-handed Warriors in scoring against the Memphis Grizzlies is Quinn Cook.
Cook is all but a lock to start in place of Curry tonight, and with Shaun Livingston out as well he is looking at all the minutes he can handle. Cook is no stranger to the starting lineup either as he started nine games this season, averaging 11.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 24.2 FanDuel points in 28.5 minutes a game -- a solid line that would bring 6.1 FanDuel points per $1,000 of salary tonight. If KD and Klay both sit as well, expect that number to skyrocket.
With what feels like a safe floor and a high ceiling, if the Dubs rest all their starters, Cook should be a lock in most lineups tonight.
