Washington Wizards forward/center Markieff Morris will avoid contact work for at least the next six weeks as he hopes to recover from a serious neck injury.
Morris is reportedly dealing with transient cervical neuropraxia, which is often caused by trauma to the spinal cord. We wish him the best in his recovery and hope he can find a way to return to the court this season.
In 34 games this season, Morris has averaged 11.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 22.7 FanDuel points.
