Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant (left quad contusion) has been downgraded to doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors.
Grant will now likely sit out the front leg of the Pistons' back-to-back after previously being considered questionable. Sekou Doumbouya replaced Grant in the starting lineup last time he was out. Josh Jackson (illness) has been ruled out, so look for Saddiq Bey to step up on offense. Svi Mykhailiuk should also be more involved.
Mykhailiuk's usage rate increases by 7.2 to 26.3 percent when Grant and the other unavailable Pistons have been off the court this season. He's averaging 0.9 FanDuel points per minute while Bey is producing 1.1 FanDuel points per minute in those situations.
