Boston Celtics forward/center Tristan Thompson (health and safety protocols) will not play Wednesday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Thompson will miss a second straight game and the Celtics will also be without Kemba Walker (rest) on the second leg of the back-to-back set. Semi Ojeleye entered the starting lineup Tuesday but only played 19 minutes and was scoreless. Look for Boston to lean more on Daniel Theis (15 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 triple) and Robert Williams (14 points, 9 boards, 1 assist, 2 blocks) in Wednesday's contest.
numberFire’s models project Williams for 28.4 FanDuel points versus the Cavs and he has a salary of $5,600 on Wednesday’s 10-game slate. Theis is projected for 26.4 FanDuel points and has a salary of $4,400. He scored 37.2 FanDuel points in 26.3 minutes on Tuesday and now draws a Cavaliers team that ranks 11th-worst against power forwards and fifth-worst against centers over their last 15 games.
