Orlando Magic power forward Wendell Carter Jr. (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Carter was a late addition to the injury report and this will be his first missed game as a member of the Magic. Mo Bamba will start at center and there should be more work for Robert Franks off the bench.
