Washington Wizards point guard Spencer Dinwiddie will likely sit out Thursday versus the Phoenix Suns, per head coach Wes Unseld Jr.
The Wizards are planning on resting Dinwiddie in the second leg of their back-to-back set. He was held to single-digit points for a second straight game on Wednesday, but Dinwiddie snagged 6 boards with 4 assists and a steal over 30 minutes. Through seven games in December, Dinwiddie is shooting just 29.7% from the field and 16.7% on 3-pointers while averaging 7.7 points per game. Aaron Holiday or Raul Neto could draw the start in place of Dinwiddie on Thursday and Bradley Beal should see an uptick in usage.
numberFire's models project Neto to play 24.4 minutes and score 20.8 FanDuel points on Thursday. He has a $3,800 salary and is currently our fifth-best point-per-dollar value on the four-game slate.
