San Antonio Spurs guard/forward Josh Richardson will not play on Monday versus the Chicago Bulls, according to head coach Gregg Popovich.
Richardson will be available to make his Spurs debut, but Popovich said none of the players acquired at last week's trade deadline (Richardson, Romeo Langford, Tomas Satoransky) will play on Monday. Once he's actually in the rotation, Richardson will likely be competing with Lonnie Walker and Josh Primo for minutes off the Spurs' bench.
numberFire’s models project Walker for 24.1 minutes and 20.8 FanDuel points, and he has a $3,800 salary on Monday’s nine-game slate. Primo ($3,700) is projected for 21.1 minutes and 17.7 FanDuel points.
