Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant will not play Wednesday in the team's game against the Brooklyn Nets.
Morant is still dealing with right knee soreness. While there was optimism that he would be able to return to the court on Wednesday, the team has listed him out. It's unclear if he's being held out because of a setback, in anticipation of the upcoming back-to-back, or just overall caution with the playoffs approaching. In any case, Tre Jones should remain the starting point guard versus the Nets on Wednesday. Killian Tillie will also remain out due to left knee soreness.
In 56 games this season, Morant is averaging 27.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 45.7 FanDuel points.
