San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Devin Vassell (sore left knee) is out for Wednesday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Vassell was previously listed as doubtful, so this was expected. He scored over 20 points in each of the last three games and shot 13-for-25 (52.0%) on 3-pointers in that stretch. Josh Richardson and Joshua Primo will have more minutes available and one of them will likely replace Vassell in the starting lineup. Romeo Langford also figures to see more playing time off the bench.
Vassell is averaging 32.5 minutes and 35.3 FanDuel points per game with a 24.0% usage rate. numberFire's models project Harris for 26.9 minutes and 22.7 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $4,600 salary on the Main slate. Primo ($4,500) is projected for 25.0 minutes and 18.5 FanDuel points.
