Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray will miss multiple games with a hamstring injury, per head coach Michael Malone.
The Nuggets haven't provided any specifics on a recovery timeline, but Malone said it's not a “one or two game injury” and will “be longer than we like.” Reggie Jackson will likely remain in the starting lineup until Murray is able to return. He played 24 minutes on Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans and scored 7 points with 1 rebound, 4 assists, and 1 triple.
Murray is averaging 31.2 FanDuel points in 30.9 minutes per game this season and his usage rate (24.1%) is second on the Nuggets, only behind Nikola Jokic (30.4%). Jackson scored 14.2 FanDuel points without Murray on Monday and played the same amount of minutes, but Julian Strawther stepped up with 23.9 FanDuel points in 19 minutes off the bench.
