Detroit Pistons forward Mike Muscala (head) will not return to Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Muscala is done for the night after he was ruled out with a head injury.
Expect Kevin Knox to see more time in the second half after he logged 10 minutes in the first two quarters.
