Memphis Grizzlies shooting guard Vince Williams (knee) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors.
Williams has been downgraded from doubtful to out and will remain sidelined on Wednesday.
Williams is averaging 10.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 24.7 FanDuel points per game this season.
